Visionaries Pursuing Excellence (VPE) is a conglomeration of Pastors that come together, under the direction and leadership of Bishop Rufus K. Turner & Bishop Tylos Jackson, Jr., to receive guidance in every area of ministry. This organization has a fresh and aggressive approach to meeting the directives of God.

Our Bishops have a vision for Pastors with a mind to accomplish major things for God. Their philosophy for God’s kingdom is that directives and mandates given by God should be completed on time, every time, in the spirit of excellence.

In a very short timeframe, through the direction and leading of the Sprit of God, our Bishops have met phenomenal milestones in obtaining the promises of God.

Bishop Turner has an Apostolic call on his life and has been successful in planting ministries, successfully obtaining 501c3s, projecting expenses, budgeting, area analysis, and team creation. He has partnered with other Pastors to problem-solve, build membership and increase finances. Bishop has great experience and wisdom in providing counseling services and emergency intercession for many church leaders throughout the nation.

Bishop Jackson has a theological call on his life to teach and preach God's word in and out of season. He lives to lead in reaching out to transform and revitalize the community to make the Lord known. He pours what God has given into other leaders in the area of hermeneutics and exegetical interpretation of Scripture.

Visionaries Pursuing Excellence was established to share key learning with other like-minded pastors, who are ready to move forward in their God- given visions. Through the establishment of Visionaries Pursing Excellence, pastors come together under the auspice of working God’s vision through “Iron Sharpens Iron” (ISI) sessions. These weekly or monthly meetings create an environment for pastors to receive and share the knowledge required to build and lead successful churches of excellence. These powerful thought and action provoking sessions will not only help you to become a better pastor, they will provide you with an opportunity to share and receive up-to-date techniques on how to handle some of the most challenging issues that face today’s pastors.

VPE is for Pastors who are willing to set goals, follow-through with actionable items, and be held accountable to bring their personal God-given visions to fruition. Pastors are able to receive and share the knowledge required to build and lead a successful church of excellence.

Information Resource - We will give you access to all of the resources that we have gathered over the years. Charts, templates, processes, and procedures will be gladly shared so that you will not start from ‘ground zero’.
 

Ministry Support - We will help you develop the infrastructure that will enable you build a spiritually, practically, and financially sound ministry. Your ministry leaders will have access to leadership within the network of VPE. Your leaders will be able to benchmark, share, and glean from others in the organization to avoid common mistakes and quickly rise to excellence in ministry.

What’s required to become a Visionaries Pursuing Excellence Pastor: 

To become a member of Visionaries Pursuing Excellence (VPE) a Pastor must be the Senior Pastor of a church ministry. This ministry must exist with membership that extends beyond the pastor’s immediate family.
